Torbay plans to spend £162.6 million on regeneration

Torbay Council will find £162.6 million during the next four years to pay for it regeneration programme.

Included in the spend are rebuilding Torquay  Community College (£27 million) the Paignton Library Hub £6 million and the £6.5 million share of the Kingskerswell bypass. But moitted are the second phase of the Torre Abbey renovations and repairs to Haldon Pier and Princess Pier (£9.8 million).
