Torbay Council extends deadline for Oldway Mansions bid

Torbay Council have extended the deadline for the final bids for Oldway Mansions

The two interested companies, Urban Splash from Bristol, who are responsible for the Royal William Yard development in Plymouth, and Dorest’s Swan Country Homes.

Both companies are still interested in submitting a bid, the new deadline for which is now late March.

The winner bidder would need to have a planning application in front of Torbay Council by autumn/winter.
