Plans for a £40-50 million hotel and leisure complex could be underway in Plymouth.
Developers Blakesley Estates are in talks with Plymouth City Council and a planning application for the site behind the Plymouth Athenaeum is iminent.
“We are looking at the post-recession future,” said Dave Cole of agents Vickery Holman.
