Torquay’s £20 million redevelopment ‘may not be as beneficial in regeneration as some might imagine’
The £20 million redevelopment plan of Torquay’s harbourside is to be looked at again, according to thisissouthdevon.
After the Torbay Design Review Panel expressed concerns over some of the plans, the South West Design Review Panel – regional panel of experts – decided it was ‘not well enough designed to justify its visual impact’ and ‘may not be as beneficial in regeneration as some might imagine’.
