North Devon and Torridge to share services and political structures
In a move which could be seen as a preemptive move towards a unitary Devon counci Torridge and North Devon district councils are set to merge services and political structures.
North Devon council leader Des Brailey said “The debate is for the councillors, but I hope it will be agreed”
The concept has been agreed in principle.
