Exeter Castle residential plans submitted

Exeter Castle plans for flats at what’s hoped to be a ‘Covent Garden of the South West’ have been submitted months after residents have moved in.

There are plans for eight residential unites, five office spaces, artist studio and exhibition areas for the site which was bought in 2005.
