The £70,000 final stage of the Barnstaple cycle lane has been completed with a cycle route that includes a Pilton Community College.
To celebrate its opening, Pilton Community College will hold a bikers’ breakfast on Monday, March 15 for students who cycle in on the day, and Devon County Council’s Cycling Ambassador Andrei Burton will demonstrate his mountain bike trials skills.
