Tiverton Food and Drink Festival celebrates Devon produce

The Tiverton Food and Drink Festival at the Tiverton Pannier Market will be promoting Devon’s food and drink producers on Sunday, May 8.

Sponsored by Devon Week columnists and champion of local produce the Deli Shack, the event is free to enter and runs from 10am to 4pm.

On show will be locally produced of artisan produce to taste and enjoy including rare breed meats, bakery produce, cheese makers, organic vegetables, jams and preserves, real ale and cider, arts and crafts and much more.

Throughout the day there will be offerings of rare breed burgers, pancakes, Jamaican curries, free range meats smoked over hot aromatic ash wood and pots of freshly prepared tapas to keep you munching while you enjoy the festival atmosphere.

To keep the entertainment rolling along there’s live music, children’s activities and cookery theatres.

Support local producers and have a great day out for all the family into the bargain.
