Guided walks begin at Devonport’s People’s Park
Guided walks are due to take place in Plymouth Devonport’s People’s Park, which was reopened in September after a £5.3m renovations.
The next group of walks will run into the new near and will be held on the third Saturday of each month, with the first taking place on October 15. The others will take place on November 19, December 17 and January 21, 2012.
All the walks will start at the new park pavilion at 10am and will last about 45 minutes to an hour. The walks are open to everyone and as they are going to be along the paths, they can be enjoyed by wheel chair users as well as parents with children in pushchairs.
