According to director general of the Office of National Statistics Glen Watson the latest estimate of the number of people in Devon who have never used the internet is 137,000.
For the Devon County Council area the estimate is 89,000.
Glen was responding to an enquiry by Newton Abbot MP Anne Marie Morris.
