One-day training course to help private sector landlords
Private sector landlords are set to benefit from a Teignbridge-run training course which is aimed at helping them set up, manage and end tenancies.
Teignbridge Council is putting on the one-day Landlord Training Course to help give local landlords all the information they need to run their tenancies effectively and within the necessary legal requirements.
Teignbridge has issued a call for people to book their places as places are filling up fast.
The course will be held on Monday, November 26 2012 from 9.15am until 4.30pm in Old Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot.
Organised together with the South West Landlords Association the course will cover assured shorthold tenancies, protecting deposits, inventories, utility safety, property standards, and much more.
