Bright new crèche for tots and toddlers at Newton Abbot Leisure Centre
Newton Abbot Leisure Centre has officially opened its new relocated Dymensions crèche which offers youngsters loads of fun and games.
Dymensions offers two spacious rooms specifically designed for children and babies. The rooms are bright and colourful with age appropriate toys and play equipment in each area. Along with a wide selection of play equipment, children also have the opportunity to participate in daily arts and craft activities, singing and dancing sessions.
The move has meant the leisure centre has been able to create an exercise room specifically for x-biking and rowing, giving people even more choice.
Newton Abbot Leisure Centre offers a wide range of facilities and activities, ranging from swimming sessions to exercise classes and use of a 78-station fitness suite.
The crèche is open from 9:30am to 11am and 11am to noon from Monday to Thursday. As well as its usual host of activities and events, from Monday 7 January 2013 Dymensions will be running an After-School Fun Club, costing only £1. Coinciding with swimming lessons, the 35-minute drop-in sessions are provided especially for children aged between 3 and 12 year olds. The crèche will also run Parent Play and Stay sessions.
