Simon Fordham will take charge of the new Hampton by Hilton, Exeter International Airport Hotel and Frankie’s Bar & Grill – a restaurant collaboration between culinary giant Marco Pierre White and champion jockey Frankie Dettori – as work continues prior to their opening in the spring next year.
The new Hampton by Hilton, Exeter International Airport will be operated by Sanguine Hospitality Limited, a hotel management and development company. Simon is now putting in place his team that he hopes will make the hotel and restaurant one of the best known venues in Exeter.
Simon said: “I’m delighted to be part of this fantastic new development and can’t wait to get the doors open.
“It’s a hugely exciting time to be opening a new hotel and restaurant in a city that is benefiting from a significant amount of investment. The infrastructure work at Growth Point is going to open up this area for business and leisure and with Exeter International Airport’s plans for growth will help bring in more business and tourism.”
Located next to Exeter International Airport, the 120-bedroom hotel will offer quality service and a range of amenities to meet the needs of every guest, whether they stay for business or pleasure.
