The Cary Arms comes out on top in Torbay in Bloom 2015
The Cary Arms has come out on top in this year’s Bay Blooms competition. They won the Torbay in Bloom South West Water Wildlife Garden Trophy for Babbacombe Bay area.
The competition celebrates the very best garden displays by homeowners, schools, hotels, allotment holders and businesses.
Owner, Lana de Savary said: ‘We are so proud to have been recognised for our gardens that we’ve put so much time and care into.
‘Andy Marlton, Rob Sanders and Ian Cawley – our gardening team – have worked so hard throughout the year to keep our grounds looking beautiful and it’s fantastic that their time and commitment has paid off.’
The hotel also came second with a silver medal for Public House or Restaurant and was also Highly Commended in the Small Hotel or Guest House category.
