Weird Fish launches pop-up store in Torquay
Weird Fish is the latest big-name retailer to arrive in Torquay, opening a pop-up store in Fleet Walk Shopping Centre early July.
Many Weird Fish stores are located in popular holiday destinations including Dorset and Cornwall. The opening of this temporary store will coincide with the busy holiday retail season.
Weird Fish has come a long way since creating its first T-shirt back in 1993, and is renowned for its relaxed and easy going collection, designed to give you that ‘forever weekend’ feeling.
Situated in the old Laura Ashley unit, Fleet Walk Shopping Centre is also home to Deichmann, T K Maxx and Trespass.
John Stockton, managing director at Weird Fish, said: “We believe the Torquay pop-up will be a great addition to our portfolio of stores and stockists. While there is already a Weird Fish store in Dartmouth, we’re very excited to be expanding our reach.”
The pop-up store opens early July and will be open until late September 2017, with a view of opening permanently. To promote its arrival, Weird Fish will have a variety of sale items available during the first few weeks including up to 50% off selected lines.
The store opens at 74 Fleet Street in Fleet Walk Shopping Centre, Torquay. For more information about Weird Fish, visit www.weirdfish.co.uk
