Exeter’s John Lewis opens

At 9am Friday, October 12, John Lewis Exeter opened its doors to customers for the first time. The shop, which has created 300 new jobs, is the retailer’s first full line flexible format department store and the largest John Lewis shop to open in 2012.

After 170 years of successful trading, Mann and Son have opened their doors to the world with their on line deli – The family has seen many changes to world, but one thing is constant since 1837 – its commitment to supply high quality food gifts and products, working with most small suppliers who share their passion for great food. “You won’t find the many of the quality products we supply in the supermarkets,” said James Mann. “That is just not where we are at!”
