Plymouth MPs are calling on Government to offer assistance to the city’s cheap bus travel.
Alison Seaback and Linda Gilroy met transport minister Paul Clark to point out that Plymouth was having trouble meeting its responsibility towards concessionary travel.
Linda Gilroy said: “I am concerned that this scheme, which does so much to give freedom to older people to travel, as well as putting money into our local bus services, should be fairly funded.”
