Despite allowing a controversial pole dance club to open in the Barbican at Easter, Plymouth City Council has imposed 39 conditions on the club (or 38 if you don’t include the repetition).
The operating conditions, put forward by Devon and Cornwall police, cover all aspects of running the club and the performers acts.
Residents remained unhappy with the development.
