Plymouth City Council claims it is not trying to gag waste incinerator pressure group STIFLE, even though the group cannot be part of the council’s next formal committee meeting.
“There is nothing to stop STIFLE from holding their own public meetings and from contributing during any planning application consultation,” a council spokesperson told the Plymouth Herald.
