The head of Close Focus, the Kingsbridge tourism company which has just completed the marketing strategy for Teignbridge and the South Hams for the new Visit South Devon destination, and has won the contract to draw up the Bay’s own tourism approach, told businesses not enough people had heard of the English Riviera.
Carolyn Custerson warned that the Bay could no longer ‘go it alone’, and that the Bay, ‘had lost its way a bit’.
