If approved, it would give the Town Council unprecedented control over The Lawn, Manor Gardens, Dawlish Water and Tuck’s Plot, along with management and maintenance responsibilities for play areas in Sandy Lane and Third Avenue, and a range of benches and seats throughout Dawlish.
