A plan for nearly 600,000 homes in the South West has been put on hold.
The draft Regional Spatial Strategy for the South West (SWRSS) said 592,460 new homes were needed by 2026, but a high court ruling in May said reasonable alternatives to some of the proposals in the South East had not been considered, which launched a sustainability appraisal of thew South West’s strategy (From thisisexeter)
