Tiverton-based Devon Cider has been bought out of administration by Aston Manor Brewer, the Uk’s largest independent cider company.
The move will save 50 jobs at Devon Cider.
Geoff Rowley, of Vantis Business Recovery Services, an administrator of Devon Cider since September 30, told the Morning Advertiser: “We were able to develop a strategy for sale to keep Devon Cider open for trading and without having to make any redundancies.”
