Exeter’s swanky Hotel Barcelona is suffering another set back in its refurbishment.
The hotel, which is housed in a former eye hospital and owned by Swire Hotels, was due to reopen in autumn 2010, but despite a planning application being passes ‘the schedule of work has been delayed’.
