The Dartmoor Sustainable Development Fund has given out more than £21,000 to to fund or part fund a number of projects which have environmental, social and local economic benefits for Dartmoor.
Moorskills, which rotates training farmers, received £12,000 from the fund
A feasibility study to expand the Dartmoor Way circular routes for walkers and cyclists to include the southern moor, has won some support.
A community farming initiative, based on Community Supported Agriculture in Chagford, £1,230
Grimstone and Sortridge Leat near Merrivale Quarry has had £2,600 put towards a repair.
Lustleigh Pre-school received £2,000 for nature school sessions.

The Dartmoor Sustainable Development Fund is part of the Sustainable Development Funds grant scheme for National Parks from Defra.
