Brixham’s new fish market building, part of the town’s £20 million regeneration project, has been completed.
The improved building includes a fish grading area, a cold store and two display areas for beam trawlers and day boats.
The market is now fully insulated instead of being open to the elements. It is more energy efficient and environmentally friendly than the old market, and it has a better layout for displaying and transporting boxes of fish.
