Brixham fisher people
Heralded as a cause célèbre by the Brexit pushers, the plight of the UK fisher people has since been ignored. Now they are threatening legal action. Solicitors for the Brixham fishers are saying Defra keeps offering false hope with no legal basis. The Brixham fishermen have expressed anger over voting Leave.
Working class not welcome
At an event to promote tourism in the South West by the SW LEP, a Conservative Councillor from Devon thought it better to talk about promoting Benidorm and Magaluf to attract the people he doesn’t want in Devon. Read more on the PRSD.
