The Male Trail is back for 2020 for Rowcroft Hospice
Rowcroft Hospice is proud to announce that The Male Trail is back for a second year on Saturday 7 March 2020. After a successful first year, Rowcroft Hospice is calling upon the men of South Devon to sign up for the eight mile walk across Torquay. While this event is for men, the charity is also looking for volunteers of any gender to support on the day by volunteering.

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is urging people in the South West to snap out of their winter blues, as new figures show that two thirds (67%) are holed up indoors, spending a maximum of two hours outdoors in an average working day.
With spring looming, the heart research charity has released the statistics to encourage people to get outdoors by signing up to its iconic London to Brighton bike ride on Sunday 17 June.
