Thousands of people are being called on to unite against dementia by signing up for Alzheimer’s Society’s Exeter Memory Walk.
There are currently 84, 413 people living with dementia in South West according to new figures released by Alzheimer’s Society and the charity’s latest report reveals many of those people are not living well.
Alzheimer’s Society has launched its first awards to celebrate commitments from communities to improve the lives of people with dementia and their carers.
