Snorkelling is fun, easy to learn and an ideal way to build up confidence in the water. It is accessible to anyone – young or old – an enjoyable pastime for the whole family. On the first Friday of every month, Lords Meadow Leisure Centre offers a drop-in session for those who want to expand their current skills or even try snorkelling for the first time.

Mid Devon District Council organised a community day in Crediton on Tuesday, November 24. The aim of the day was to make councillors aware of the range of voluntary organisations in the area, to find out what problems are faced and to see if there is anything the council can do to help resolve issues. Councillors visited a number of Crediton organisations to see first hand the good work being carried out, all of which could not be achieved without volunteers.
