Mid Devon District Council has adopted a new community housing strategy to take them up to 2015.
Mid Devon District Council and the National Landlords Association (NLA) will hold a Landlords’ Forum for anyone thinking of renting out their property.
On top of its licence to ensure the welfare of the dogs and cats at boarding kennels, Mid-Devon council is looking at licensing people who provide the service from their own homes, and is calling on residents views abbot the new arragments.
Mid Devon residents are encouraged to join the new Citizens Panel being set up by the council so that local people can comment on our services.
The people in Mid-Devon are being asked to have their say on the kind of leadership they’d like as the council gears up to establishing new executive arrangements. The options on offer are an elected mayor, or a ‘strong leader’.
