Efforts by Torbay Council to tackle the problem of dog fouling have won first place in the Preventative Approaches category at the Keep Britain Tidy Network Awards in recognition of its Paws to Pick Up campaign. It was also named as Keep Britain Tidy Network Awards Overall Winner 2010.
