Cracking contemporary jazz quartet led by double-bassist Riaan Vosloo, and featuring the quite superb drummer Matt Brown (6161) plus the legendary horn section from Get The Blessing (that’s Jake McMurchie on saxophone and Pete Judge on flugelhorn). Riaan’s choice of tunes is always a delight and a surprise, and the band’s obvious synergy belies their infrequent get-togethers. Went down an absolute storm at their last gig here.
